Sun International in R25m BEE deal
Listed hotels and gaming group Sun International Ltd (SUI) has concluded an agreement in which black economic empowerment (BEE) vehicle Mbizana Development Trust has secured a 30% stake in the Wild Coast Sun, one of South Africa's best known resort and gaming properties located in the Eastern Cape province, for a total of 25.5 million rand.
