Herbst Gaming, Inc. announced today that it is extending its offer to exchange an aggregate principal amount of up to $160,000,000 of its 8 1/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for a like principal amount of its unregistered 8 1/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 validly tendered in the exchange offer.
